League Updates:

Cash at Checkin - Please make sure that you provide cash at check-in.  Exact change is desired.  $16 including tax for green fees + $3 (optional) for prize fund.
A League Officer will be on duty performing League check-in (see Check-In) and optional Prize Fund collection.  Please proceed to the Club House restaurant to check
in prior to your round.  Please note that check-in will close approximately 15 min. prior to tee off.  If you arrive after 4:15 pm, please proceed to the Pro Shop
to pay your green fees and show your receipt to the League Officer performing check-in for proper check-in accounting.

Rain Out - The 500 Club, when course or weather conditions prevent the start of League play, the League may extend the playing season.  If play must be
suspended and cannot be resumed because of course or weather conditions, play will be considered complete if seven (7)
(i.e. a legal League round),
or more holes have been finished at the time of suspension
.

HDCP - Ladies vs Mens:

Notice:  Ladies HDCPs are adjusted by 1 stroke for differences in course rating on both the front and back nines at The 500 Club, and adjusted by an additional 1 stroke on the back nine for difference in Ladies vs. Mens par.  The additional HDCP strokes are only shown on the match score card and do not appear in the Division or Standings updates.

Ladies get 1 additional HDCP stroke above their posted HDCP on the front nine, and 2 additional HDCP strokes above their posted HDCP on the back nine.

Additional information concerning these additional Ladies HDCP strokes applied during match outcome calculation can be found on the FAQ link below under headings "How is scoring done?"," How is the handicap calculated?", and "Ladies Course Ratings/Par versus Mens".
